Statistics: Russia’s inflation at 0.21% October 26–Monday
MOSCOW, Nov 3 (PRIME) -- Russia’s consumer price inflation decelerated to 0.21% from October 26 through Monday from 0.28% in the previous week, and reached 6.52% since January 1, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.
Prices for poultry rose by 0.57%, for eggs by 1.82%, for sugar 0.85%, for sunflower oil 0.16%, for buckwheat 1.34%.
Prices for fruit and vegetables increased by 1.7% on average, with prices for potatoes rising 1.42%, for cabbage by 0.1%, for cucumbers 9.66 %, for tomatoes by 5.27%. Onion prices fell 0.63%, onion 0.66%, carrot 0.33%, apple 0.49%.
Prices for gasoline increased by 0.2%, for diesel fuel by 0.6%.
